The following requirements and preferences apply to FREE web based remote technology support & fixes:

And is available to EVERYONE - Residing in Wisconsin

1.)  MUST live in Wisconsin.

2.)  ALL Requests for FREE technology support are welcome and will be responded to.

  • Priority will be given to those needing technology support to foster personal health / safety, self quarantine, persons at risk of complications from COVID-19 (compromised immune systems, and the elderly), persons needing technology support to facilitate or participate in eLearning and online based education and curriculum (both students and teachers), and any member of any government, military, veteran or veteran support organization, charity, non-profit, volunteer, emergency response, first responder,  medical professional, or infrastructure support staff (utility / phone / internet provider), or news / media / broadcast entity supporting the fight against COVID-19.

3.)  FREE Technology Support and Repair is available for all laptops, computers, tablets, smartphones, and smart devices.

  • Windows XP and Windows Vista based computers are not supported at this time.  Game consoles are not supported at this time.

4.)   In person support is NOT available during COVID-19 states of emergency.

  • Exceptions may be made in the event that FREE technology and FREE I.T. consulting support is needed to support individuals, organizations, and entities directly facilitating and supporting the fight against COVID-19.  (Any member of any government, military, veteran or veteran support organization, charity, non-profit, volunteer, emergency response, first responder,  medical professional, or infrastructure support staff (utilities and phone / internet providers), or news / media / broadcast entity supporting the fight against COVID-19.)
